For the past 10 years I have been working with digital marketing and CRM's. As a freelance consultant based in Brittany, France I want o make it easier for business owners to choose the right CRM for their ecosystem. This is possible with Numerikiwi as I am a partner with CRM Catalyst.
Digital marketing is based on the business objectives so it is a logical follow pn that I became particulary interested in how the CRM can play a central role.
I noted that the two most requested traning sessions in France in 2023 were english language and digital tools. As I'm a native English speaker why not combine both and work on your digital marketing and your CRM in English.

After more than 20 years working in project management and communication for international companies I specialised in digital marketing and for the past 8 years I've taken a particular interest in client relationship tools, CRMs. The positive energy in the training sessions are my strength.

How can you make sure though that you choose the correct tool for your business. by using a solid, proven method, I accompany companies to ensure that they get the right tool, not just the one that is on the top of the Google search. I can also help you with the roll out and the training of your teams.
What I believe in
Working in digital has actually meant that I put the human aspect closer to the centre of relationships. Everything, above all, is about human relationships. In this world where AI is taking an ever more present place I am all the more convinced that it, AI, can be a part of our interaction but it must never over step the mark, speach and natural thinking should remain our staple.
Training sessions both, in person and on line are a great source of pleasure for me. I really enjoy them and finding methods of increasing the interaction is an exciting challenge. I like helping improvement be it on a Linkedin, CRM or English training session.
Being a strong analytical person I thrive on projects with clear objectives and I'll go above and beyond to make sure the target is met, together and with a smile.
